Cannot find full details of Tomtom Go Navigation 6"

Long term Tomtom owner and user and have just been offered discount to replace my old units.
This looks a good price and the 6 inch would fit my car, the 7 inch would not. The 7 inch has 2GB ram which will hopefully make it more responsive than my old 5100.
It also apears to have a year of speed cameras and other services, but there are no coresponding details for the 6 inch.
Do any of you wise men(persons) know the facts. Thanks David

They are exactly the same with the same features, the only difference is the 6 and 7 inch screen.
