It has NEVER been up and running! Honest.

Connect your unit to the computer. Start Home. Go to Add maps/voices and select that way.

(make sure you have an account with TomTom [your email address])

Thanks dhn for your assistance.Somehow it would'nt let me past checkout (server error) but I finally got through. Now I have a Mexico map loaded onto my 910. I could'nt locate it at first, forgot I had to go into (switch maps) and there it was. It's all what I expected and more! Looking forward to our winter trip. Thanks again.

Change your profile in Home to US and buy them in US dollars is the only way around it
