Can TomTom mapping be used without an Internet connection?

I want to be able to take a laptop with me in my Motorhome with which I hope that I will be able to build routes for the next days travelling. I will not be connected to the Internet. Is this possible?

The TomTom Mobile GO app can be run on a cell phone or phablet without internet connection.
I used it on my cell for 1700 km over the last 4 days and it was very accurate.

I don't know if it can be run on a laptop because of the Operating System but you could give it a try by opening the Google Play Store and find the app.

Call Customer Service and ask if it can be used on your laptop.
