Can not route plan with mydrive

Hi I have until recently been able to route plan using my drive and then transfer it to my sat nav. But these last few days it comes up saying
Oops a new route can not be planned at this time please try later.
Any help or tips please. Thanks

Ah. We TOLD them not to call every bit and piece of their software MyDrive! I thought you were talking about the online (web based) MyDrive planner (hence the url I sent to you), not the phone app. Sorry.
Glad you got it sorted on the phone side.
