Can I remove old QuickFix updates?

Can I remove old QuickFix updates? I have found that my 730 picks up Sat coverage on it's own pretty good. It seems that if I don't update the Quickfix on a regular basis that it doesn't find Sats as quick.

Can anyone tell me where these files are and how to remove them?

Not clear. Do you want to clear the current gps data from the unit? If so, use Explorer and remove anything found in the ephem folder on the unit.

If you want to clear out old gps files from the computer, then go here:

c:\documents and settings\yourname\my documents\TomTom\Home\Downloads\Complete\ephemeris\ and clear out any sub folders found there.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry I wasn't more clear, I keep forgetting about the files on the computer. I was thinking mainly about clearing them off of the 730 only. I was wanting to make it like I never downloaded any QuickFix updates. I clean out both places and see how the 730 does.
