After a card update, all my camping poi's have disappeared from my tomtom go camper xl, I cant find how to fix this problem, all that is left are charging for electric vehicles, which I never had before. Please help me.

Maybe it's because you didn't select the Europe Camping car map?
Go back to the map download and select the right map.

It is indeed the icons of your POIs that are no longer visible?

MAP AND DISPLAY, then see on map to check, then activate all the elements that you wish to display on the map.

They are no longer in my tom tom, only the poi for charging cars, I have always had a tom tom and know how it works, but this has me really confused, there is also no way one can download these poi's . I have contacted support so hope they will be able to help me further.

The camper POIs are on the map, so you don't have to download them separately, just activate them.

So either there is a problem with the update, so Tomtom must fix the problem.
As the map for Camper is activated on your GPS, so it is not a map selection problem.
