Camper Max Go 7 - route not syncing from plan.tomtom, but places do // Solved //

The route I just created on plan.tomtom will not sync with the device. All the accounts match and to test sync works I created a Place on the web, and it appears on device and vice versa. What has not synced is a saved route even though sync is turned on, I manually pressed sync, the pop-up says synched, yet nothing.

I have reset the device and installed the updates. Any advice much appreciated.

This is just an idea, have you tried sending a route, departure, arrival between A and B without saving it.

It worked - Thank you. Before saving, using the export button is fine. Once saved, any of the sync buttons, although they pop up to say will sync, do not. Thanks, once again. I will drop TT a message to report the issue.
