Yesterday I bought a new TomTom Start (PN: 8EX0.013.10, SN: XC6191H05188).
From the moment it came out of the box the device has not switched on properly. It comes on, drum beat sound made, goes to a 'Start' screen and then freezes.
The only way to turn the device off is by the reset switch.
I have contacted customer support (by the live chat), I have followed to update process (as instructed). Still won't switch on.
Can anyone help before I take this back on Monday?
