TomTom Model(s)
Tomtom Go app and Tomtom Go Premium
I set it up with wifi and it downloaded my places and so on perfectly. however I think to get speed cameras I have to connect to my computer. However on two different machines using both the supplied TT cable and another one, it refuses to connect. Any ideas? Btw, I have tried both My Drive and TT Go.

You don't need to connect your GPS to your computer to get the radars

To get the radars, you must connect your GPS to your smartphone and have a radar subscription.

Thank you. In that case there would be no need to connect to either My Drive or TT Home on a PC? Correct?

Tomtom Home is not compatible with your Go Exclusive.

Mydrive connect only allows you to install voices for maps, this is only done via wi-fi.

Thanks. Confusing because having scanned the QR code on the instructions on the leaflet, the web page says Go devices use TT Home. I’m glad I asked anyway. On another matter, do you know if more than one smart phone can be linked to this model?

Not concurrently, if you meant that, but otherwise - more than one smart phone can be paired and ready for BT use or your device can be set up to remember multiple phone WiFi hotspot connections. Whichever phone gets the connection first wins if more than one is present.
