I have a tom tom go 910. does anyone know a way of increasing the volume when I receive a call, I find it hard to hear the person calling although the unit's volume is on maximum.

Make a call using the device and while the call is in progress tap the lower left corner of the screen, this will reveal a volume control that is specific to handsfree audio volume - Mike

I believe there is an option to adjust volume based on noise conditions in the car. I would suggested turning it OFF.

Hi thanks for that, it worked a treat.
being as you appear to know about the bluetooth on this model, do you know anything about the text facility, as I can't seem to activate it.

Not many phones work with the SMS Text feature, if you really need this then look at the TomTom web site where they list a range of phones that do support Text Messages - Mike
