Bluetooth Scalarider G4 to GO360

My TomTom seems to work great but it will not recognize my ScalaRider G4 that lives on my motorcycle helmet - - - yah, we ride with helmets and can't hear the TomTom 'voice' unless it transmits thru the BluTooth feature.I go thru the 'find bluetooth devices' and it finds the G4; I select connect and it quickly flashes the proper 'connect' but then defaults immediately to 'can not connect' - - - I'e tried everything I can think of but I guess it's not the right thing - - - what do I need to do?
