Bluetooth issue rider 400

Morning,
I can not get my phone to connect to my rider 400.
I have tried a different make of phone to no avail
I get the message.....
Incomparable device
The selected device does not support this service.
Any help appreciated

We need a bit more information. Is the 400 up to date and what phone are you trying to pair it with.

I have a Sony Xperia 1 iii and my daughter's phone is Samsung S10.
The tomtom is a rider 400. Not sure what else you need. It is up to date on the web site for my drive.
S/n starts kd3475
App version 22.100
Map. Version is 2019. It should have lifetime updates but this has not happened?

Perform a factory reset on the Tomtom and delete the bluetooth pairing on the phone and try again. Oh and turn the phone off and back on again before trying to pair.

Unfortunately, I have done that to no avail

It could be that you have incompatible bluetooth versions. I have no other recommendations sorry.
