I figured it out and I didn't correctly config the Blackberry Desktop Manager with the new software. I got the BB 8100 Pearl "downgrade" completed and Plus Services work now! I screwed up my ID and PW for traffic but other Plus services are working. It was like an early Christmas present when I got past the 65% mark on the server connect window. The BB OS xxxx66 version DOES work for Plus services!
