Black screen on TT One v.3 while driving

HI all

The screen on my TT keeps on going black/not displaying anything while driving and comes back to life if I tap the screen. Any ideas why this keeps on happening?

A loose connection of the usb into the unit?

I don't think it is as the light to the left of the power button is on at all times.

How long has it been acting up this way?

Go to Change Preferences/ Safety Preferences and disable anything to do with turning the map off above a certain speed, set the radio check buttons to "Never" and the problem should go away - Mike
