best sites to find POI's?

I find tomtom's poi's dissapointing... i know i can get more, but where? I know there are some on here, but are there any good sites for them? I am looking just for a general list of everything really, but specifically sunoco gas stations in md/va/dc area, or just poi's in md/va/dc.

If you google search on 'tomtom poi files', you get over 100,000 hits. I'm pretty sure a little hunting will get you what you need. Good luck!
