I purchased a battery for my TomTom One at NewPower99.com. I am not super technical so I liked that they had a kit which included an installation video, tools, and the battery itself. Here is a link to their site:

Looks like the exact kit that batteryship is sending along. A couple of pry tools and the requisite screwdriver. Mine came with both a torx and a philips as I recall.

Nothing particularly "extended life" about it, either. The photo shows 1200mAh. The original and my replacement for a 720 were both 1300mAh.

Looks like several companies are selling the same stuff - coming from ???

The TomTom One is an easy fix as they didn't glue the battery to the PCB like they stupidly did in some models, there are a couple of guides in these links:
