Battery meter indicaction

Hi All. I Just reward myself a TT Xl 340s ....."On-sale ---couldn't resisted.....LOL"
Went home ..updated LMG smoothly "Thanks God" ....Only took 2 1/2 Hrs ...
My only question is ......How do i check the battery ...see if it fully charged .....?
The only time i saw it when it was running very low battery ...
Is there a way to put the indication on the display ......? "I mean on the map"

Tap the satellite bars and the next screen shows the application version installed. At the top of the same screen is the battery indicator.

By the way, have you read the announcement at the top of the forum regarding tips for the new user? Especially making an Explorer backup.....

Did all back up New&update map as you suggested .
You mean Gps signal bar ....?
Yes I founded .......Thank you.
Can i set it on the map for my XL 340s ....?
Or somewhere on the status bar...?
And the most critical function for me is "How to turn OFF screen" without turning unit off ....?

You can't show it on the map or status bar.

Other question: Battery Savings preference-->Dim screen between instructions (you can't turn it off completely with the latest applications)

Well I can live it ....since it picks up signal so fast when power on ....
Just wish TomTom designers read this and improve their products next time around ...
or a firmware for Xl 340s to fix these short comers would be extremely nice ......
