Battery Charging???

I have a TT 920T that does NOT want to charge the battery to a full charge. As a matter of fact, it will show a full charge but after you disconnect from the charger the battery charge indicator shows a yellow level & then after about 3 minutes that changes to red & then a Shut Down. I have tried everything & cannot get it to charge fully.
Any tips or suggestions? :rant:

Reg, it may be time for a new battery. My 720 does the same thing, not hold a charge for more than a couple of minutes, regardless of how long I've charged in by computer or even an AC adapter.

same thing happened to my 920. Went to Radio Shake where they sent it out to replace the battery

Any idea where to purchase new batteries in Canada? I live in Cambridge Ontario.
