What about screen "burn in". I know it isn't a CRT but older LCD's could develop bleeding.that's correct, the charge terminates when the battery is full.

Has anyone experienced problems with their screen over the years?
Being plugged in and being powered up are 2 different things. Normally, users have a map view on screen when using the unit and the map screen is not static but dynamic refreshing so I doubt there would be burn in.
Should i charge it up turned on or off? Or doesn't it make any difference.
