Backup Problem

I originally took a backup of my TomTom with version 1 of the TT Home. I am now trying to take a backup using version 2 and am getting an error that it can not read the file cline.dat. It does not seem to recognize my original backup and I can not see a US Map in the original backup files.

Any thoughts about how to get around the error and get a good backup?

Use Windows Explorer to manually copy the files to a folder on your hard drive. There are many problems when you use the Home program.
