Backup on new sd card

I've made backup of my sd card on my computer, I want to make sure the backup works, can I transfer the backup on to a new sd card using windows backup wizard

Do you mean using Explorer? If so, yes...you can copy your backed up unit's contents residing on the computer to a different sd card and inserting that card into the unit.
