Backup fails on GO920 (with HOME and Explorer) because of corrupted GNSDATA

Backup on GO920 fails with HOME and Explorer. Every time it tells that file M:\gns\gnsdata is corrupted and unreadable. When I delete the file through Explorer it is recreated immediately (with 0KB size) and when I startup to copy all data from M:\ to my PC it stops there again!!
Can anyone tell me what kind of file this is and how I can resolve this problem??
Thanks in advance.

That file is used for rds-tmc traffic data information. Just copy everything else using Explorer then format the unit, don't use quickformat and then restore the backup.
