Audio is off how do I turn it back on

I recently acquired a 2011 Toyota Yaris but not getting any audio i have been through the screen but audio is greyed out model is a TNS 410 any help appreciated.

I have tried this and the audio in the menu has a X through it and does not do anything if you press it as though it is greyed out.

It may be that you don't have any voice installed?

When you bought the car, did you make a backup on your computer?
Where
If no more voices via Tomtom Home, try installing a new voice.

In Voice Preferences, Preferences menu, have you tried changing the voice?

Not sure if a back up was made as I didn’t know about it, I haven’t tried changing the voice yet but I will check.
