AT the opening of the every page , Window gives error?

hi , guys when ever i open my windows page open up it will give me an error , this happen when ever i open any thing.
guys i need your help .............. please help me ?:confused:
 
Whatever are you talking about? What Windows page? Doing what? Using Home? What error?
