I've been reporting map issues to teleatlas since I figure "going to the source" will be the most effective resolution approach. But I never bothered to leave an email or write down case numbers.
From my Navteq experience, leaving an email address and writing down your case number is essentially useless. It's just a "feel good" with Navteq. You never get anything but the "fix has been submitted" email confirmation, and the case status always says "submitted".
What are people's experiences with teleatlas? Do you get an email later when teleatlas makes your proposed fix? Can you check incident report status, and if so does it ever change to "resolved"?
