Hi, (1stly hoping, this is the right section to vent this issue)

is there anyone else facing this issue? When I try to log into myDrive Connect and hit the login button, nothing happens. The other buttons are responsive, but the login button is unresponsive, as shown in this picture. I’ve tried rebooting my machine and updating Firefox, but nothing seems to help, which is why I’m here.

TIA

Thanks firstly !
ummm...that did not help much. I did delete all cookies from 'opera' , and I saw their effect on FF, settings, memorization of pages etc. were effected, but after the weekend , I thought all would be back on line, but I see that familiar phenomenon and also at times this too ( https://ibb.co/TrfqJQc )

so, basically by square one.

Have you tried with another browser like Chrome or Edge?

You will know if it is Firefox that is giving you trouble.

if you mean , deleting all cookies via chrome, yes done it right now. I chose option ( delete over the last 4 weeks).
Now I started MyDrive connect, still no joy.
should I be now be rebooting the PC ? (*post edit : just did that too) ... or what ?
I also shut down the TT service from the task bar before doing the above.(& cleaned up the cache on machine)
*Post edit: & updtd. FF too[129.0.1 (64-bit)].

But then I'm a bit confused.

My TT MyDrive Connect is an executable. It is installed as a 'client' on my windows 10 machine, and when I double-click the shortcut, the executable starts. In fact, there is no browser interaction at all (there could be some under the hood), but as an user, I see the window splash, and the program starts itself.

So basically, I am not getting this at all.

I mean , In my routine experience, there is no browser interaction at all. There never has been, and this issue just popped up a few days ago. By the way, I tried installing the TT client on a different windows machine, and there I could do everything as expected. So, it seems to be machine-dependent, as I see it. (on my machine it does not work, on a different machine , it does)

But I still can't fathom a browser connection here, as the user downloads an executable from the TT site, installs it (I think it's an MSI), and then future uses involve double-clicking the default shortcut created on the desktop during installation. So, I don't see how a browser is involved here. Am I missing something obvious?

@Radaway

We can't bring up your image from your first post (at best, getting 504 gateway errors), so we just have this itsy bitsy tiny thumbnail to look at, and because you mentioned updating Firefox, I think Willy thinks you were trying to log into the MyDrive planner (plan.tomtom.com) using a web browser, not the MyDrive Connect app.

I'm having even less luck than you are with MyDrive Connect these days, but for different reasons.

It might be a case where a full uninstall/reinstall of the MDC program is required.

FWIW, The installer I have here is for version 4.4.0.5040 and is an *.exe file.
Once installed, the app is beating me up over some proxy nonsense

yah ...your non-sense seems to be worse than mine...on a very light vein 😁

ohhh btw, those images should work , here's them embedded :

*Green ticks are the ones working perfectly( for me useless ), the one with the '?' is Kaput ( for me of extreme imp.😁)

* I guess an---> uninstall ---> clean Reg.---->reboot--->new install--->crossed Fingers !
would be the only remaining remedy on this machine of mine.

Guess I will live with this for the time. Thanks all 😃

well...just for the records...I did Exactly the same,

[ ""* I guess an---> uninstall ---> clean Reg.---->reboot--->new install--->crossed Fingers !"" ]

and now I think I have made some progress. Just for the record, now you have to play a mini-game twice. It's a kind of captcha where you need to figure out which object in the picture has not been repeated. You have to do this twice, and I have no idea why this is even happening ! ( I mean you are properly Logged IN !!!!]. Sometimes the pictures are purposefully made blurry, making it quite difficult for people of my age to distinguish the small hidden icon that is or isn't repeated ;). ...TT hates middle aged & Old folks ? ?? 😆
But after that, I was able to do what I needed to on my initial machine. So this is just what I wanted to say and put here, and I think I've got the version 4.4.3.5053 (d/l today).

Yes, got to log in screen, filled in boxes and clicked login, nothing happened. A concern as I have updates but no way to use them
