Hi, I have an Android downloaded app version 9.593.3.

When the app voice alerts through the consul (MG EV ES) an annoying 'private message 1000000' pops up on the screen, any ideas?

Where did you download this version 9.593.3. of the Android app?

The latest version of the Tomtom GO app is 3.6.262 from June 11, 2024.
 
A question, is it on your phone screen that you have this message?
Or on the Android Auto screen of your car.

Where did you install the application on your car radio?
 
Phone connected via Bluetooth (HFP setting in Amigo) and/or Android Auto. Issue occurs in both options
 
So I understand if you are not connected to your car's Bluetooth the app works fine?
 
Correct, something to do with the interaction between phone/app and the car's infotainment
