adress problem

let me introduce myself,im from quebec and sorry for my bad english my first language is french !!im new user of tomtom one v3 and i have little problem whit the adress....they always told me that my adress dont exist....they tipe 999 maximum...can i change that? sorry for my bad english

Do you mean that you are trying to enter the street number, and the TT tells you that there is no number on that street higher than 999?


Can you find this address when you browse the map (voir 'Explorer carte') manually? If you can see it, then the problem could be in the name of the city or municipality.

What is the address? I will try to find it on my map.

okay if i search on the browser a see adress more higher thant 999 but if i wrote that number on the gps they told me 999 or under....

the street name is not properly write is why that f***...you have a goos intuission boy ...i will correct that thank you
