Address not found

I use mydrive.tomtom.com to set up routes and places --- I type in the address of a new housing complex and that address was not found ---- I then went to google maps and it found the noted address. While at google maps I copied the gps info and was able to use that as a location in mydrive.

I been using the android "go nav" app, so how would I add a "place" to my account if the roads were I am are "unnamed" is there an option to "remember" the gps info in the app or when I am using my tomtom 620? Thanks

Pretty much the same for app and 620.


Press and hold a position on the map. Hit the four vertical dots in the circle (3 dots on your 620). The pin that it created can then be used to "Add to My Places".

You can report map errors and missing streets using this link:

Where a lot of missing features occur over a wide area, a good idea is to pick two opposite corners by latitude/longitude (you can point to one, and just give the coords for the other), and describe what should be between them using the "Other" reporting feature.
