I have a 720 hooked to my phone but can't get it to download my address book.It says it did it but when you go to phone the address book isn't lit up.What am I doing wrong

Do you do the bluetooth pairing? The phone/tt need to see each other. Then it offers to copy the contacts.

You could try repeating the steps.

I tried 4 times. It says it copyed it but it doesn't show up

I can only guess - does your phone support filters so that maybe not all (or any) entries are available for the sharing.

Have you REMOVED you phone and tried it again?
