Adding New Streets, changing POI's

We are experiencing a lot of Growth in ON Canada and streets are poping up all the time. How does one ad in a street, if that is possible? I also have noticed that there are POI's for a gas station but the gas station is now gone. Can POI's be changed? And there are new gas stations but are not on the maps.
