Adding a POI when tomtom says address doesn't exist

I live in AZ and my old GPS was a Garmin. I want to add Harrah's Ak-Chin Hotel and Casino to my driving directions, but tomtom says there is no such address. My Garmin (which is over 3 years old) shows this address and POI. I was told by tomtom support to use the MapShare function and add the POI. I cannot do this as they insist there is no such address. Any ideas how I can get this hotel on my list of favorites and recognized in maps?

First of all, the naming convention for streets differs sometimes between brands/maps. So, first thing, perhaps the TomTom sees the location in a different city/town than you might be used to. So, try that.

Next, Navigate to poi, near me, select casinos category and type in some letters in the name of the one you are looking for, it may pop up there.

Or, use the search category and type in part of the name there.

Also, go to Google maps to find the location and get the lat/long data. You can put that info in when you create a Favourite.

Some things to consider, anyway.
