Bonjour, étant arrivé à expiration de mon abonnement gratuit des zones de dangers j'ai pris un abonnement premium d'un an qui normalement comprends les zones de dangers.

Sauf que rien à faire que ce soit le GPS ou le logiciel Mydrive PC mon nouvel abonnement n'apparait pas et je me retrouve à l'avoir payer pour rien...

Mon Gps se considére à jour bref je suis assez mécontent de voir qu'il est impossible d'avoir un support technique digne de ce nom.

I made the purchase on 12/21/2024, it is present in the subscription tab of my Tomtom customer area, validated, paid.

I am well connected with my GPS to the same Tomtom account.

The only anomaly is that I cannot add the device to my account on the site I arrive on an error 404 with my two internet browsers.

I cannot add it either by the My Drive connect PC application.

It is not detected either by the my drive phone application even though the bluetooth is activated the two devices connected to each other.

Add your device via Wi-Fi:
Follow these steps to add a new device to your TomTom account:

From the main menu, tap Settings.
Tap TomTom account.
Enter your username and password.
Your device is now added to your account.
 
It is connected to my TomTom account, I have the message "synchronized" but it does not offer me the danger zone update included in the premium.
 
The traffic function works correctly
The radar function on the other hand does not work.

When I look in the device it says "expired" while this function is included in the premium.
 
In my opinion you should contact Tomtom support and ask them the question.
Why after your purchase the radars are still expired.
