930T wont turn on - only shows the hands

Hi,

i've got problem with mz TT 930T. I didn't use it for a week and now when my friend (on atrip) is trying to turn it on, he can see only the tomtom hands and sound of drums. No more. He's done a few pin resets, but it didn't helo. Is there any way to turn it on without computer and do you anybody know the reason why is this happening?

Other than a pin reset, not much help to offer......

Make sure your friend is indeed making contact with the reset thingy using a paper clip or something.

Also, was the unit left in a hot car? If so, bring it to room temperature and try it.
