930; GO 620; Start 63
With Navcore 8.002, out of the box, I did not have a "Show lane images" option. With 8.0.10 it is on the 3rd Preferences screen.

Although enabled, I don't know if it works as multiple lanes are not shown.
Does anyone in North America has that feature working.
More specifically, anyone crossing Toronto on the 401?

Yes it does work but not widely implemented yet.

Exactly !!

Chicago [lots of them], Atlanta, and along I-95 [NYC to Boston] are the only times I seen um.

Since ther'e only static images, it would seem to be an easy update via home once drawn.

i believe i saw someone saying it works around the dc metro area. it should start becoming more widespread soon. i'm excited; i think it'd be really helpful around the dc/va/md areas i run around in.

multi lane display

I wonder if that could be add to some of the other tomtom units. I bet the GO910 would work with the right software. I wonder what would happen if the 930 software was run in the 910.

I was wondering about the same. Bought my GO 930T in Germany, where this feature worked perfectly. Back in Canada (Toronto area) I have yet to see it working properly.

I just drove from Roanoke, VA to Daytona, FL with my 730 and didn't see one Advanced lane guidance the whole way. Even on I 95. I guess I wasn't in many major cities. I'm anxious to see it, though.

Mine too. I have 930T, got it last week and I get same message. I called the customer service. They said it is software problem and will be resolved in next update!!!

My RDS-TMS was wrong model, not compatible with device and had to send it back.

i have get go 930 for a week. and i never see Advanced Lane Guidance .is any one can help me!!!!!!!   :confused:i liveing in toronto scarborough and i try on 401for few time.

Many users in the Toronto area with x30 models report NOT seeing ALG in any routes they travel. There's 'theory'.... and there's 'reality', I guess :(

One can only hope future map updates will improve the feature for the GTA.

According to Support it is supposed to be working in Canada with the map that should be introduced around December.
As it worked perfectly in th UK and Ireland for me it is obviously not a problem with software.

Around Sacramento, CA it works on some highways but not on all of them - we can expect progress but only with new enriched maps (TT has better maps in EU for sure, but I hope they work hard to have similar maps quality in US) :)

I was worried I wouldn't see these images here in Tampa, FL but my worries are gone. I have seen them EVERYWHERE here in Tampa, Orlando, Appolo Beach. Every single exit I've tested/been on, it works. There was only one time yesterday though that it showed an image with 4 lanes when there were really 5 lanes. It confused me as I-4 was about to die/terminate and it splits into 2 to head onto I-275.

Can ALG have corrections made to it also?

Make your correction at Tele Atlas

I hope they come out with a map soon that works with my Canadian 930.
I don't want to drive without it in Houston:
