920T - Can't Back Up

I updated my 920T, and noticed that Home does not allow me to make backups any more; I get an error message that says, "You cannot use this feature because it is not supported by your device." There is no additional help, and I don't know what the problem is. Has anyone encountered and solved this problem?

Use Windows Explorer to make back ups as its far more reliable, you only really need to use TomTom Home for Map downloads/ installations everything else is possible without using this useless junk software that goes on the PC - Mike

i also have the tomtom 920t but i have absolutely no problems better call tomtom phone support at 1866 4tomtom.

Some have reported this issue immediately after the upgrade to application 8.35x. Usually a pin reset resolves it.
