910 dock charger

......If anyone can help I, greatly appreciated.....My problem is, When using my Dock to charge my 910 I have to leave it On..., If I turn it Off for few hrs it will need charging ..... green light is on in both cases and it will also charge if plugin the cigarette lighter

Are you referring to the home dock or the car dock? I once left my 910 in my car (docked) for a week without power and the battery got totally discharged. I guess the dock's electronics causes that but it seems to be a normal thing. It seems that the 910 does not have a cut-off system to prevent discharging like many mobile phones. I rarely dock my 910 on my home dock - only for updating which is just a few minutes every 1 or 2 weeks.

How long have you had the 910? Has this always been the case when you purchased it?

Problem is with my Home - Dock, and I have it for a year now never had this problem b4 just notice it 2-weeks ago

Try to charge your 910 for 4 hours only. No more than that and see what happens.

..I hate to ci it different work ,..I left it on for 2hr 1st, then check charge indicator saw no improvement and then for 4hrs , No such luck...I guess I call tt support and ci what they said I'll keep u intune

It's most probably the battery. Most batteries last about a year or so. Do you leave your unit card docked when car is parked under the sun? This is also another factor.

The Problem I have, is that the Battery will not charge, UNless I leave GPS- ON ...sitting in the Home-DOck

Perhaps the battery is not good. If you contact TT Support they might ask you to send it on for replacement.
However since it has past the 1 year warranty period, I wonder if they will actually charge for this.
