720 problem (UK)

First a big hello, second a real problem with a 720 (UK). I have one of two problems! When navigating to a POI the device hangs with a please wait a moment message, never returns but I can cancel it. Or if I get that working then I get the same problem with an address that only has a crossing point, just sits saying please wait.

Any ideas, happens with all amps, program version 7.481

A known bug for many using 7.481. Hopefully, you have a backup of 7.221 firmware that seems to work ok. If not a link to get it is here:

Recently had the problem too.

I recently starting running into the problem when I started using the iteniary feature. I do a reset and it all starts working again. A quick fix for me, but it really shouldn't be doing it though.
