720 car charger

hi, i just got my 720 and the car charger doesn't work. i'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue and what the customer service outcome was with tomtom.

i also see a little fuse on the side of the charger. anyone have to replace this?

Are you saying the little light on the charger unit doesn't go on? Is the unit pushed into the receptacle as much as possible? (I ask that because I found my unit somewhat snug and had to put alot of effort into its making contact). Do you have a powerpoint receptacle in the car that you're trying to use the charger with or just a cigarette lighter receptacle? Finally, if the unit is new, I wouldn't bother even worrying about replacing the fuse; I'd replace the entire unit.
