720 and Hawaii?

Can anyone confirm that the 720 comes with maps for the Hawaiian islands?

The 720's North American maps do indeed include Hawaii. I used mine on Oahu and Kauai last month with no issues.

Thought I saw that many Hawaiian addresses cause problems for TomTom because of the dash in address numbers. Someone else also said there are no poi's for Hawaii. Just reporting what I read.

Not at all. There were tons of POIs for both Oahu and Kauai in every category. I did add some gas stations but all the hotels, restaurants, car rentals, stores etc that I saw were there. This was with the built in 720 POI sets and Custom POIs.

I didn't really do any navigating by address and simply searched for specific POI names so I never ran into the issue with local street names.
