6250 won't route me on the m25

Hi can anyone help I have a 6250 go professional

I live in the west country when I go to dover my device will not take me on the m25 south it thinks there is a weight limit on it
But it will bring me back the opersit way
I have sent email after email to tomtom but no response has anyone had a similar issue thanks
