6100 not working anymore

I wanted to update my map with the mydrive app, took forever. The software would get stuck everytime. I tried removing the existing map , thinking maybe after deleting the one I have I can upload a new one. Finally got the map deleted, but the new one wont sync to the device.
Tried to factory reset the 6100, but the menu button is now gone only displaying a message"no map installed" am I screwed now?

It was not a good idea to delete the map
