540s failed map update

I am setting up a new XXL 540s and while downloading the latest map, I assume I was downloading v840, the connection failed.
Now I cannot upgrade. All I get is the option to purchase the latest map.

Any ideas how to get the update? The unit is brand new today.

The same thing happened to me. I haven't found a solution as of yet.

Actually I just found it.
In TomTom Home go to Tools/Use Latest Map Guarantee.

That will resume the download.
