Hello, I have noticed that my 325 XL tomtom, has gotten slow @ responding to the touch screen...and it seems to be acting weird sometimes....can you format it and reinstall the factory defaults? Thanks for any help in advance....

Explain what you mean by 'acting weird'.

Sometimes, a bit of dirt gets under the bezel, applying pressure to the screen and the result is the screens jump around on their own as if a ghost is pushing the icons.

If that describes your symptoms, take a shart corner of a business card and slowly work it around the circumferance of the screen.
