1005 Camper not starting

My 1005 Camper is about 6 years old and has worked perfectly for all that time.

Just yesterday it won't switch on, just keeps cycling the TOMTOM boot screen.

I've done the reset where you wait for the black screen with white writing, press button three times then plug it in but it still wont' work.

Any other suggestions?

Also, try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

Tried the drum reset, no good.

I’ll try the telephone number tomorrow but the website says they no longer offer support on the 1005
