100% Factory Backup?

Hey guys, I was wondering if it is at all possible to reset my TomTom to 100% factory backup, as if I took it right out of the box. I don't remember getting a CD with my TomTom, although I could be wrong and could have misplaced it somewhere. I will try to find the CD, but is there ANY other way to reset my TomTom ONE LE to factory settings again as if I took it right out of the box? I ask this because my TomTom splash screen is gone and its just a gray screen and all of my POI icons are white and black shopping carts now. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Well, the 720 has a preference choice (page 7 out of 8, I think) to reset to factory settings. Maybe, your model has as well.

Factory Reset on the ONE series

The ONE LE (and I assume the others) has a Factory Reset icon on page 7 of Change Preferences.

The ONE LE did not come with a CD. Everything is pre-loaded in internal memory.

well guys, i did what you said and did factory reset on page 7 on preferences, but this still does not help my splash screen or the black and white shopping cart icons. i just want the splash screen back and the poi icons back. is there anyway i can get them back? cause i also lost all of the documentation on the "help me!" tab. how do i get all of these files and information back on my tomtom device again? i accidently deleted all the files off of it (long story) and i just want everything to be back to the way it was before everything got deleted by accident. is there ANY way to like download some software from the tomtom website, etc. that will allow me to restore the whole device as i never did do a backup of it before.
